COVID-19 has brought another terrible tragedy to our little borough. Veteran GRPD Officer Charles "Rob" Roberts, who has been battling the disease for weeks, has passed away, it was announced earlier today.
Many in Glen Ridge received the awful news in an email from GR Schools Superintendent Dirk Philips:
This underscores the dangers that our GRPD officers face every day protecting our families, please keep them, and Officer Roberts and his family, in your prayers.
